  • Vcelku velmi dobré fungování služeb a dobrá vybavenost pokoje. Bezchybný stav všech instalací. Kvalita úklidu na vysoké úrovni. Široká nabídka jídel u snídaně

  • Rezervace mi byla potvrzena z hotelu Černý orel, ale slečna v recepci mě poslala do nedalekého hotelu Zlatý Anděl. Příště bych určitě ocenila informaci dopředu. Měli jsme akci v hotelu Černý orel a já byla připravena se tam i ubytovat. Musela jsem přecházet a následně i přeparkovat. Nicméně Zlatý Anděl byl hezký, klidný a čistý.

Děkujeme za hodnocení. Hotel má 3 *, minibary na pokoji nemáme. V recepci je možno koupit nealko nápoje, pivo... Za příplatek lednici s radostí doplníme. Provozní hotelu
