  • Rezervace mi byla potvrzena z hotelu Černý orel, ale slečna v recepci mě poslala do nedalekého hotelu Zlatý Anděl. Příště bych určitě ocenila informaci dopředu. Měli jsme akci v hotelu Černý orel a já byla připravena se tam i ubytovat. Musela jsem přecházet a následně i přeparkovat. Nicméně Zlatý Anděl byl hezký, klidný a čistý.

  • Pokoje byly čisté, hezky zařízené, nechybělo nám nic. Personál byl sympatický, avšak nejvíce musím ocenit přístup paní Marcelky, která nám připravovala snídaně. Velmi ochotná, nic nebyl problém, stále usměvavá a pozorná. Zpříjemňovala nám pobyt v hotelu. Děkujeme a snad příští rok na viděnou.

  • Bylo nepříjemné, když nás při snídani pozorovala starší paní, která měla na starost přípravu snídaní. To jediný mi bylo nepříjemné.
